Atlas Health & Fitness is built on approximately 1,800 hours of hands-on and classroom education through National Personal Training Institute in Orlando FL, covering personal training, nutrition education, behavior change, corrective exercise, youth fitness, special populations, flexibility, and lifestyle coaching.
That means your plan is not random. It is built around your goals, your schedule, your body, your limitations, and your real-life barriers.

Atlas coaching is designed around your actual life — work, family, stress, eating out, travel, limited time, and busy weeks. You get realistic workouts, nutrition habit guidance, weekly check-ins, and support when you are unsure what to do next.
Every client starts with an interest form, consultation, health screening, onboarding questionnaire, and goal review. From there, I build a plan that matches your schedule, training level, equipment, lifestyle, and consistency needs.
Your coaching may include strength training, movement goals, nutrition habits, sleep/recovery focus, behavior change strategies, accountability tracking, and text-based support for real-life decisions.

2. Book a Quick Fit Call
We talk through your goals, what has been stopping you, and which coaching option fits best.
3. Complete Onboarding
You complete your PAR-Q, health history, lifestyle questionnaire, training history, and habit assessment.
4. Get Your Plan
I build your training, habit, movement, and accountability system around your real life.
5. Check In Weekly
We track progress, adjust the plan, solve problems, and keep you moving forward.
